UIA World Congress of Architects 2023 Copenhagen
Design Diplomacy engagements included the 2023 Copenhagen site of The UIA World Congress of Architects. The UIA Congress is one of the world’s leading global forums for architecture and sustainable urban development bringing together architects, political advisors, cities, and industry leaders to address the future of climate resilience and livable cities. By leading a delegation of American architects from the top global firms, the participants were able to engage through a tailored program of networking, site visits, and congress participation. The initiative aimed to strengthen transatlantic collaboration, align commercial opportunities with global sustainability agendas, and support U.S. firms in expanding their international presence. The delegation resulted in increased visibility for participating firms, new collaborative opportunities, and ongoing dialogue on future climate resilient and sustainable urban solution projects.
