Danish Design Tour at 3 Days of Design in Copenhagen
The Denmark Architect Tour offers global architect firm teams a professional education, inspiration and cultural excursion to Copenhagen, Denmark during the 3 Days of Design Festival. The weeklong exclusive experience includes visits to furniture design brand facilities and showrooms, notable Danish architectural locations with focus on responsible, sustainable and circular practices as well as design excellence and cultural legacy. As part of the touring program a city expert presents on urban planning and the pedestrian city that makes Copenhagen one of the most liveable cities in the world.
This is not a trade tour by traditional standards. Through connection and knowledge sharing experiences the Brands and delegations explore the values of sustainability inherent in Danish liveable cities, business responsibility and human centred design. By investigating commitments to carbon embodiment calculations as well as the innovations within circularity and energy efficiency, participants benefit from the exchange, informed of specifying practices to lower the carbon footprint in the built environment.
