Vanity and Friends
Sketch night at Society of Illustrators is my weekly self indulgence escape. This is especially the case when there is a fashion sketch night or Bil Donovan hosts “Vanity and Friends“.

I had an inspired day last week in the company of arty friends like Ellie Rahim, Ed Marion and Clifford Faust, not to mention the over-the-top costumes. My favorite was “Edward Scissor Hands” meets Dita Von Teese.
The models were great!
I even sketched the Devil himself, or was it Woody Harrelson? Either way, we settled up.
